SC21 is the UK aerospace industry's programme to improve the performance and competitiveness of British companies operating the aerospace and defence supply chain.
The programme helps firms work towards leaner production and lower overheads.
An SC21 award demonstrates to clients and potential clients that a firm can be relied upon to deliver quality components on time.
Nick Willers, director at Accrofab, said: "We're delighted to receive this award. Our class-leading performance has been recognised by our peers and reflects the tremendous efforts of the Accrofab team.
"SC21 engagement helped tie our business improvement activities into a company-wide plan and we're really grateful for the help and support we have received from the Midlands Aerospace Alliance during the process.
"We have our eyes on the silver award next."
