Air ambulance called out after woman is kicked by a horse
A WOMAN who suffered a suspected fractured leg after a horse kicked her had to be airlifted from a field near Etwall.
The 22-year-old was taken to hospital by the Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland Air Ambulance on Sunday.
The land ambulance could not make it to the incident due to the distance from the road.
She was then flown to the Royal Derby Hospital for treatment.
