ALVASTON maintained the pressure at the top of the Premier Division.

They marched to a 6-2 home win against AR&O Rangers to move within four points of leaders Maypole, with two games in hand.

Kyle Bryant led the scoring with two goals as Bank overcame Welcome Tavern 5-2.

Cory Harris, Danny Saleem and Liam Carr also scored for the winners, with Danny Peat and Rich Clarke replying for Tavern.

Chris Watson got the only goal as Golden Pheasant defeated Derby Singh Brothers 1-0.

In Senior Division One, leaders Golden Pheasant Athletic stormed to a 9-2 win at AFC Vine as Dan Powell, Ryan Fitzhugh and Paul Blood bagged braces.

Andy Wood, Dan Carter and Scott Sturgess also struck for Athletic, while Steve Rawlings and Matt Hudson scored for AFC Vine.

Ben Humber, Stu Fletcher and Shaun Hayes fired Corinthians to a 3-1 win against visiting Littleover White Swan.

Joe Wheeler bagged a hat-trick for The Grapes as they proved too strong for Raynesway Spartans, Scott Whittingham scored the other goal in a 4-0 win.

Ben Wallace bagged a brace as Portland Rams squeezed past Belper Tavern Rovers in Intermediate Division One.

Adam Bagshaw and Dave Peachey also scored in the 4-3 victory.

Marcus Hannison also scored a double, helping Draycott United beat Allestree Vintage 5-3.

Jon Handford, Jack Cotton and Ryan Hames completed the scoring for the winners.

Ian Argent was a hat-trick hero for Markeaton as they defeated Jonty Farmer 4-2.

Daz Bray also scored for Markeaton, Joe Morris and Dave Durham replying.

Nathan Darlington scored a hat-trick for Kings Corner in their 6-1 win against Blessington Carriage, Jay Lane adding two and Steve Cudworth also scoring.

West End Brick celebrated a 5-2 win against Travellers Rest.
