American Adventure fires tackled by crews
FIREFIGHTERS tackled several blazes at the old American Adventure site in Shipley.
Crews from Ilkeston and Heanor were called out at 9.15pm on Monday to extinguish a mobile cabin which was alight, a skip fire and three large rubbish blazes.
They were at the former theme park for over an hour.
