Antique expert James on teatime TV all this week
A DERBY auctioneer is appearing on BBC2 every day this week as part of an antiques show.
James Lewis, who owns Bamfords auction house, in Chequers Road, filmed his part in Antiques Road Trip over three months last year.
The show pairs up eight of Britain's best-loved antiques experts on road trips across the UK in a selection of classic cars.
They compete with each other to make the most money from buying and selling.

Mr Lewis, 38, said he was up against Yorkshire antiques dealer David Harper.
He said one of the unusual moments was in Northern Ireland, when they asked locals where they could find an antiques shop in the area.
He said: "They pointed us to a woman whose house was being demolished. She'd put her furniture outside to sell.
"We found some beautiful Windsor chairs, two 19th-century harps and an 18th-century blanket chest."
The show is on at 6.30pm every day this week.
