Attack on man as he waited for bus
A 55-YEAR-OLD man was assaulted while he waited at a bus stop.
The victim suffered a cut to his chin and had to be treated in hospital.
The incident happened at around 10.45pm on Tuesday, November 20, in Derby Road, Long Eaton.
John Langton, 29, of Bridge Street, Long Eaton, faces one charge of causing grievous bodily harm and another of possession of an offensive weapon.

He has appeared at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates' Court and been remanded in custody. He is next due to appear at Derby Crown Court on December 7.
