BREAKING: Burton Albion boss Gary Rowett named manager of the month
BURTON Albion manager Gary Rowett is the npower League 2 manager of the month for December.
Brewers boss Rowett guided his team through the hectic Christmas period with just a solitary defeat, picking up 10 points from a possible 15 in the process.

The manager of the month award is decided by former Charlton Athletic manager Alan Curbishley, Football League chief operating officer Andy Williamson, League Managers Association deputy CEO Olaf Dixon and npower sponsorship manager Emma Collins.
Curbishley said: "Under Gary's guidance, the Brewers are improving all the time and are getting their timing just right for a concerted promotion push."
