PUPILS at a Derby sixth-form centre have taken part in an online chat with actor, director and rapper Adam Deacon.

The youngsters from the Joseph Wright Centre had the chance to quiz him on a variety of subjects, including his nomination for the Rising Star award at this year's Baftas.

The session was organised by education charity Filmclub, which provides free access to a catalogue of films from more than 100 years of cinema.

It also provides online reviewing, industry events and hands-on support.

The Joseph Wright Centre was one of ten schools to take part in the event.

Afterwards, Adam Deacon said: "I thought the questions were very professional. I've been to a lot of schools and you could tell there was thought behind the questions and they were not crazy stuff."
