Brecon Beacons Challenge for Imperial Commercials!!
Every year colleagues at Imperial Commercials come together to raise money for a chosen charity. This year we have all chosen to raise money in memory of one of our colleague's father, Jim Tindall. The chosen charity is the Nottingham University Hospitals Charity, of which the money will be going to the Renal unit.
The challenge accepted by the team is the Brecon Beacons Black Mountain challenge. This includes a 25 mile hike, with 6500ft of ascent and has to be completed within 12 hours. This challenge not only requires dedication to training, but mental and physical stamina also. This will take place on Friday 11th May 2012.
The team at Imperial Commecials consists of, Emma Bulgin, Elliot Austin, Callum Galloway, Meg Stamp, Warren Howlett, Colin Heskin, Adam Barrett, Wayne Staley, Mat Komorwoski, Matthew Lawrenson, Jim Tindall and Kelly Johnson.
Last year, a team from Imperial achieved the National 3 Peaks Challenge, raising over 4k for the Stroke Assocation, we hope to have as much success in this years event following support from our family, friends, colleagues and customers.
