Builders' tools stolen after shed break-in

THIEVES stole expensive power tools after breaking into a shed.

The offenders scaled a fence to gain access to the locked site where a new home is being built at Weston Hill Chalet Park, in Weston-on-Trent.

The break-in happened between 6pm on Wednesday when the workers left the site and 9am on Thursday when they arrived back.

The tools that were taken include two industrial power saws, four nail guns and three other power saws.
