Burglars being sought after a shed break in

TWO burglars were disturbed while breaking into a shed in Swadlincote.

The victim looked out of his window to see two men trying to break into his shed in the garden on his home in Hamilton Drive, Swadlincote, at around 7.30am on Saturday, March 9.

He saw the men using a tool to try and break into his shed and rang police.

When officers arrived, the burglars ran off through woodlands near Frank Bodicote Way. They searched the area but did not find the men.

The men were white and one was aged 18 to 30, of medium build and around 6ft tall. He wore a navy blue hooded anorak and jeans. The other man was aged 18 to 25, slim and about 5ft 9ins tall. He wore a grey and blue hooded top and jeans.
