Burton Albion: Pearson benefits from full-time training
GREG Pearson is back in full-time training with Burton Albion – and both he and the team saw the benefit last week as he completed a hard-working performance with the Brewers' deserved 85th-minute equaliser at Rotherham United.
Pearson (pictured), last season's top scorer, has remained a part-time player while he studies to qualify as a physiotherapist.

But the fact that he could not train daily with his team-mates led to doubt about his fitness and he slipped down the pecking order among the Brewers' strikers.
However, with his studies over until the New Year, a rejuvenated Pearson has pushed himself back into contention.
"It looked like Greg had a point to prove last week," said manager Paul Peschisolido.
"That was a 'you can't leave me out' performance from him.
"He was superb. He worked his socks off, ran the channels and created chances.
"Of course, I now need him to do it every week.
"Any defender hates a striker turning and running at him in the way that Greg does.
"If we can get him training week in, week out, he's going to be dangerous and he'll score goals.
"I think we have him now for the next month and a bit and I think, in January, he only has to go back to college one or two days a week, which will be good."
Peschisolido also praised the other Burton goalscorer at Rotherham, Aaron Webster, who he deployed on the left wing a week after he was left out of the squad when Paul Boertien returned at left-back.
"He took his goal like a true winger," said Peschisolido.
"Aaron gives you something in both boxes and has great feet. I think it's a natural position for him."

“I always though Aaron's best position is left-midfield, I don't think he is quite good enough defensively to be as effective as a left-back. I'm really pleased Pesch. has moved him there.”
