THERE'S a chance to enjoy some pre-Christmas fun at a festive edition of a comedy night.

The Magner's Funhouse Comedy club brings a Christmas Special to The Blessington Carriage,Chapel Street, Derby, on Monday.

Headliner is the madcap Philberto, Portugal's No 1 reality TV star.

He has proved a major hit at all the country's top clubs with constant repeat bookings.

Also appearing is Joe Wells, well-known for his thought-provoking political material; the quirky, surreal Rob Hughes and musical comedian Lee Grant.

Compere for the night is Spiky Mike.
