“"Mystic sheep, you are fooling no one sunshine, you a hugely sad individual who is clealy a forest fan posing as a Ram , why don't you stick to commenting on your own Nottingham pages and leave the commenting on the pages of the more sucessful championship side of the two of us this season to real Rams fans, what you are doing is boring and sad....one last thing... 10 men...we only had 10 men and you beauty Jake "mansfield town" Buxton...game set and match, champagne on ice....(*shakes head at how sad you are posing as a rams fan*)""

Sorry to anyone that has read me post this before, If i read a post by mystic on our site then I'm just gonna copy and paste this ^"

to the fact they hate your sooooo right.

“Tadley, if there's one thing I'm consistent on it's realising that anyone who does something for a living knows one hell of a lot more about it than someone who does't. Opinionated I might be but you'll never find me kidding myself I know anything about managing a professional football team. You should take heed.”

“Tadley - All I can tell you is that:- 1. I have one of the UK's leading sports psychologists in my consulting team and 2. I spoke to professional footballers and two current league managers about this very subject around the time when Radio Derby were wetting their knickers over the Cwyka comments and winding everyone up.

Each of them agree that a public dressing down can be as powerful as public praise in the right circumstances AND that managing professional sportspeople and others who work in high-profile / high pressure environments is COMPLETELY different to managing in 'civvy street'.

Now, I've raised this with you before and all you've done is try and pour scorn on the validity of the sources, rather than even remotely accept the possibility that you might be wrong on this subject.

Someone gave another example yesterday on this forum about BC giving Hinton a right old public dressing down to great effect. Others including myself have provided other similar examples.

I can either believe the professionals or people who give examples demonstrated by professionals, or I can change my view based on the opinions of you and other armchair managers who hold the 'Clough can't manage' view.....

    Hmmmmm - decisions decisions.....!”

“Tadley, I agree last season Cyvka did have some great spells but I guess consistency is key and this season he had been more cold than hot.

Shame but football is a cruel game.”

“Hold on Cwyka last season was some player if I remember correctly, is it the player thats gone off or is it NC not getting the most out of him!!!
    Chris Maguire springs to mind!!
PeteDerby1 - Cloughylovey - In a corporate environment if someone you have employed is not doing what you want, do you speak with them behind closed doors and keep it all inhouse or do you publically have a go and then look just a little bit silly because this was a player that you have signed and has shown ability at stages!!!!!!!”
