Cineworld’s profits make pleasant viewing
A CINEMA chain has reported a rise in full-year profits thanks to a number of major film releases in 2012.
Cineworld, which has screens in Chesterfield and Burton, saw pre-tax profits in the year to December 27, increase by 15.3% to £38.5 million.

Blockbusters including the James Bond film Skyfall and Batman movie The Dark Knight Rises helped Cineworld increase sales by £10.7 million, to £358.7 million.
