Cleaning team to blitz litter spots
TWO streets in Derby will be given a deep clean today as part of the city council's Take Pride in Your Streets campaign.
Moss Street and Harrison Street, in Abbey ward, will be cleared of rubbish, potholes will be repaired and large items of furniture will be taken away for free. It was scheduled for February but was postponed by snow.
Streets in Mackworth and Normanton have already been cleaned as part of the scheme.
