Cricket: England youngsters at County Ground
DERBYSHIRE members will not be totally deprived of cricket to watch while the county side are away at Cheltenham this week.
Some of the brightest young talent in the country will be on show at the County Ground as England Under-19s take on Bangladesh Under-19s in a four-day Youth Test match, starting tomorrow (11am).
Among them will be Derbyshire wicketkeeper Tom Poynton, who played in the first Test at Scarborough as England won by 10 wickets.
Josh Cobb, the star of that match with a double-century, will not play in the second Test because he has gone back to play for Leicestershire, with Northants' David Willey taking his place.
