Crime prevention down to force's hard work
IN the Derby Telegraph on February 16, an article was published –"Youth justice boss impressed by preventing crime work" – relating to the success of crime prevention that has taken place in Derbyshire.
This was the comment by the Youth Justice Board chairman, Francis Done.
However, because the article included a picture of Alan Charles, the police and crime commissioner, with Frances Done, it can be suggested that he is responsible for it.
Alan Charles has only been in the role since November 2012 and cannot be regarded as responsible for the achievement.
