Cyclist warned over putting child at risk
A CYCLIST who was photographed riding along a main road with a child on his shoulders has been spoken to by police.
The 36-year-old was snapped carrying the child along Tamworth Road, in Long Eaton, on November 12.
He has been given a verbal caution by police and has now fitted a child seat to his bike and bought a helmet for the youngster.
