DOUBLE DELIGHT FOR YASMIN
DERBY hurdling sensation Yasmin Miller, the 16-year-old, who is ranked number one in the country at under-17, claimed two golds in Sheffield.
Miller was a comfortable winner in the 60m hurdles, racing in the under-20 category, but took on the flat 60m sprints as well.
Again competing at under-20, Miller sailed through her heat and then won the final in a sparkling 7.53 seconds, less than a second outside the championship best and faster than the winner of the senior race on the day.
Derby sprinter Jay Raradza won two silver medals, being unlucky in both the under-17 200m and 60m.
At the shorter distance, he won two heats to reach the final, before being pipped by Leeds City's Elliott Hurley.
And it was a similar story over 200m, as he won two rounds to make the final and was edged out by only 1.3 tenths of a second by Crewe & Nantwich AC runner Josh Platt.
His club-mate, Dominic Chambers, took silver in the under-17 1500m.
