Derby County defender Gjokaj back from loan spell at Carlisle
DERBY County defender Valentin Gjokaj has been recalled from his loan spell at League One club Carlisle United.
The centre-back joined Carlisle until January 2, but the Rams have activated a clause in the agreement to bring the 19-year-old back.
Jake Buxton's knee injury will sideline him for two months leaving the Rams with three central defenders in Richard Keogh, Mark O'Brien and James O'Connor.
Gjokaj will provide cover for those three players.
