Under 9’s to  Under 10’s

Under 9 Group 1

Stanton Ilkeston 0 v 3 Allestree Juniors

Harvey Waddingham scored two for the winning team and Kieran Morgan made it three as Allestree took the three points

Normanton All Stars 4 v 3 Derwent

A close encounter with a feast of goals, but Javen Hutchinson assured Normanton ended up the winning side as he scored all of his team’s goals

Gad Khalsa 2 v 0 Roe Farm Centurions

The home side went away with maximum points, Inderveer Mann scoring both the goals.

Under 9 Group 2

Mickleover Jubilee Magpies 2 v 3 St Georges

St Georges were the victors thanks to goals by Harry Littlewood and Jack Haddon (2).  Cameron Redfern scored both for Mickleover

Duffield Dynamo Black Sox 0 v 2 Allestree Juniors Madrid

Two goals proved enough to give Allestree the points.  Toby Knutton and Zach Wooley scored.

Cobra Oakwood 4 v 1 Belper Sports

Tyler Dowd scored a hat trick and Michael Hatton scored to cancel out Sam Frost’s single goal for Belper

Under 9 Group 3

Spondon Dynamo White Sox 1 v 4 Chellaston Boys

Chellaston got the better of home side Spondon with Harry Madden, Oliver Horn and Jack Foley getting the goals

Duffield Dynamo Harriers 7 v 1 Little Eaton Diamonds

It was raining goals for Duffield, Brandon Fox scoring a hat trick and Archie Pearson and Peter Trifunovic getting two apiece.  Tom Pipes got the goal for LED

Under 9 Group 5

Sherwin 0 v 3 Heanor Juniors

Daniel Holmes, Benjamin Oates and Callum Clifton each scored for Heanor as the team took the three points

Ashbourne Aztecs 0 v 0 Belper Town Gold Sox

This well battled encounter ended goalless, testament to good defending by both teams

Spondon Dynamo Yellow Sox 1 v 0 Field Lane

A single goal was enough to make the difference in this close game.  It came off the boot of Spondon’s Harvey Berry

Under 10 Group 1

Mickleover Jubilee Dragons 2 v 2 Allestree Juniors Juventus

Allestree did well to hold a strong Mickleover side to a draw, a game that Mickleover needed to win.  Tom Greatorex scored for the home side and Jack Payne and Henry Rose scored for the visitors

Derwent 3 v 0 Gad Khalsa

Gad Khalsa’s march up the table was halted by top of the table Derwent.  Nathan Bennett scored for Derwent, aided by an own goal

Mickleover All Stars 0 v 3 Allestree Juniors Milan

Daniel Daley and Sam Jefferson shared the goals for Allestree Milan to take the points

Under 10 Group 2

Heanor Staffs 5 v 0 Bramcote Royals

Heanor Staffs managed to net five, shared between Charlie Price, Alex Barker, Kieron McKane and Jake Taylor

Heanor Juniors 8 v 1 Pear Tree All Stars

Top team Heanor Juniors put eight past Pear Tree, Henry Bilbey, Tom Spicer and Adam Lewis getting two each and Lewis Robinson and Taylor Mellor one each

Loughborough Emmanuel 2 v 1 Allestree Juniors Seville

Samuel Cosgrove and William McLeod both scored for Loughborough, with Joseph Geslak replying for Allestree

Under 10 Group 3

Melbourne Blue Sox 1 v 1 Duffield Dynamo Falcons

Elliot Thompson scored for Melbourne and Mark Hodgeson replied for Duffield in this close game

Stocky Rams 2 v 1 Belper Sports

Stocky Rams move up to third with games in hand as they got the advantage of Belper.

Spondon Rovers Gems 1 v 1 Belper Town Black Sox

Another draw saw Spondon drop vital points in their quest to take the championship.  Daniel Tatlow got the home goal and Alex Wild scored for Belper

Toton Colts 2 v 2 Ashbourne Aztec Lions

The third draw in this group saw Totn and Ashbourne sharing the points.  Ethan Stewart and Drew Scott scored for Toton; Marcus Lumbard for Ashbourne

Little Eaton Diamonds 2 v 0 Castle Donington

LED got their third win as Tom Gaskin and Jack Ramsden scored

Under 10 Group 4

Redwood Rockets 2 v 3 Duffield Dynamo Eagles

Cameron Robey and Dominic Greatorex shared the goals to give Duffield the win

Melbourne Utd Black Sox 5 v 2 Roe Farm Centurions

Roe Farm remain without a win as Melbourne put five past them.  Arvin Johal scored a hat trick, and Kohei Sakuma and Luca Yates also scored.

Spondon Dynamo White Sox 0 v 3 Castle Donington Jets

Castle Donington got only their second win as Oliver Januszewski got a hat trick

West Hallam 2 v 4 Ashbourne Aztecs

Ashbourne remain top as goals by Will Farr, Kaylem Ocran, Richard Rosewarne and Jack Bowers make the difference

Stanton Ilkeston 0 v 1 Belper Town Gold Sox

Belper keep plugging away at top spot with a single goal victory.  Patrick Binnion was the scorer

Under 10 Group 5

Field Lane Devils 2 v 4 Sinfin Sharks Orange

Sinfin got the better of Field Lane as Thomas Leighton got his hat trick and Benjamin Jones also scored

Spondon Dynamo Yellow Sox 2 v 1 AFC Red Star

Owen Parker scored two goals for his Spondon side as they stay ahead of AFC Red Star in the table, on goal difference

St Georges Greens 8 v 0 Duffield Dynamo Hawks

Ryan McDonnell scored a staggering five goals as his St Georges side saw off Duffield 8-0

Normanton All Stars 0 v 1 Cobra Oakwood

Luke Proudler scored the only goal of the game as the visitors took all three points

Under 10 Group 6

Eastwood Colts 1 v 6 Sinfin Sharks

Sinfin got a welcome three points in the only game in group 6.  Tristan Mathews scored four and team mates Lewis Cunningham and Kyran Coates one each

U9 KEN MEMORIAL OXFORD CUP – Quarter Final

AFC Red Star 3 v 2 West Hallam White Sox

AFC Red Star progress to the semi-finals as goals by Levi Treasure (2) and Taylor Downing cancelled out West Hallam’s, scored by Joe Newnham and Robbie Horsley

Mackworth St Francis 1 v 2 Mickleover 95 Sharks (aet)

Mickleover will be jubilant at getting the better of Mackworth to go on to meet AFC Red Star on Sunday 28th March.

Alex Mee and Tyrese Etienne got the goals, but not until Mackworth had forced them to extra time

Belper Town Black Sox 3 v 2 Sinfin Sharks

Sinfin’s cup run comes to an end as Billy Alcock, Danny James and Noah Fellows shot three past them to go through

Spondon Dynamo Black Sox 0 v 1 Chesapeake

Spondon had been flying through the earlier stages of the cup, but came unstuck today, thanks to a single Chesapeake goal.

U10 GUISEPPE CALDERONE CUP

Spondon Dynamo Black Sox 2 v 1 Field Lane Phantoms

Spondon Dynamo’s U10 team were more successful than their U9 counterparts as Reece Strickland and Zack Hannah put them through to the semis

Ilkeston Town 2 v 1 Melbourne Utd Red Sox (pens)

Ryan Whelan and Aaron Butler put their penalties away after the match finished level after extra time, to send Ilkeston to meet Chesapeake in the semi finals

Allestree Juniors Rangers 0 v 2 Chesapeake

Daniel Knight and Owen Stokes scored the goals that sent Chesapeake to the semis

Littleover Dazzlers 0 v 4 Mickleover 95 Rams

Mickleover had the easiest passage of all the quarter finalists with Jamie Frearson scoring a hat trick and Sean Barnes adding a fourth
