Derby Telegraph's Save a Life Campaign applauded by the PM
THE Prime Minister said he was impressed with the Derby Telegraph's Save a Life Campaign.
Over the past two months, we have been encouraging our readers to become life-savers – either by giving blood or learning first aid.
David Cameron said: "I haven't given blood. I did have an organ donor card. One of my New Year's resolutions is to get a new one.
"But I applaud your campaign. One of the positive things from the Leveson Inquiry was all the campaigning and social action that newspapers do and he particularly singled out praise for regional newspapers.
