A JAPANESE airline has been forced to cancel hundreds more flights of its Rolls-Royce-powered 787 Dreamliner fleet.

Last month, all 50 Dreamliner aircraft operated by airlines across the world, including those also powered by General Electric engines, were taken out of service amid safety concerns relating the aircraft's battery.

They include 17 Dreamliners operated by All Nippon Airways. ANA said it has cancelled 368 flights which its Dreamliners were due to fly this month.
