Drivers put lives at risk if they smoke behind wheel
IT concerns me when I see inconsiderate motorists smoking while driving.
The use of mobile phones is banned owing to drivers not being in proper control of their vehicle (that is, only having one hand on the steering wheel).
Drivers who smoke while driving are also not in proper control of their vehicle.
Not only is a driver putting his/her life in danger but also other occupants and innocent members of the general public, who may become innocent victims should an accident occur.

Smoke itself can obstruct a driver's vision or cause a bout of heavy coughing, which can result in loss of control of their vehicle.
So come on, shame on smokers, keep your hands free and your vehicle smoke-free.
