Sarah said: "Six weeks ago, Wendy Roberts from the Derby Telegraph wrote an article about my experience of living with borderline personality disorder.
"As a result of this article, Channel 5 got in touch with me asking if I would consider being filmed for a part of a documentary they are making about mental health issues.
"It is called 'My Secret Past'. In the documentary, they are filming Kerry Katona exploring her journey through mental illness and, as part of that, they are filming her meeting other people who have had similar issues.
"I am thrilled to be involved."
