FOOTBALL: Ilkeston Town will begin their first-ever Blue Square North campaign with a trip to Droylsden.

Eastwood Town, who were promoted from the UniBond Premier Division along with Ilkeston last season, will start with a home match against Northwich Victoria.

Alfreton Town, meanwhile, are due to travel to Farsley Celtic for the first outing, on Saturday, August 8, although their opponents' future is in doubt.

Farsley could be removed from the BSN after going into administration but are appealing against the league's decision.

Alfreton visit Eastwood on August 18, before entertaining Ilkeston on October 24.

Ilkeston make the short trip to Eastwood on Boxing Day, with the return fixture at the New Manor Ground on New Year's Day.

In between, on December 28, Alfreton are at home to Eastwood.

Ilkeston's home fixture against last season's play-off semi-finalists Alfreton is scheduled for April 17.
