Gary Rowett reckons Burton Albion have already won a prize, regardless of promotion outcome
GARY Rowett says promotion-chasing Burton Albion have "already won a prize" by making the Brewers a club players want to work for.
Burton go into the last seven games of the League Two season almost assured of a place in the play-offs – and chasing hard, in third place, for one of the automatic promotion places.

Four of their remaining games are at home, starting with one against Wycombe Wanderers tomorrow (3pm).
"It was one of the targets at the start of the season to create a great place to come to work," said Rowett, who was appointed as permanent manager at the end of last season.

"In that sense, I think we have won already, whatever happens in those seven games, by creating that situation.
"For me – in my first season and still learning all the time – it's rewarding to see experienced players like Zander Diamond enjoying their football so much.
"We're all hugely motivated, focused and enjoying every minute, which is great to see."
