HOW YOU CAN HELP OUR CAMPAIGN
THE Derby Telegraph's Save A Life campaign urges our readers to become life-savers – from giving blood to learning first aid.
We have teamed up with NHS Blood and Transplant to find 500 new blood donors in Derbyshire.
To inspire you to give blood, we will feature stories of those who have received transfusions or people who have already donated blood.
And there are plenty of sessions where you can donate. These include:
Ravensdale Junior School, Mickleover, on November 18, from 10am to 12.45pm and 2pm to 4pm;
Derby County Football Club's Pride Park Stadium on November 20, 2.15pm to 3.30pm and 4.30pm to 7.30pm, and December 5, 10.30am to 12.45pm and 2pm to 4pm;
Mill Hill School, Ripley, on November 25, 10am to 12.45pm and 2.15pm to 4.30pm;
Whitemoor Medical Centre, Belper, on November 25, 9.45am to 12.45pm and 2pm to 3.45pm;
Moorways Sports Centre, Allenton, on November 27, 10.30am to 12.45pm and 2pm to 4.30pm;
