Helicopter and dogs help cops chase suspected caravan thieves to Little Eaton
POLICE dogs and the force helicopter have been out helping cops chase two men who officers believe stole a caravan.
The pursuit started at 11.40pm last night after the vehicle was reported as missing from Midland Terrace in Ambergate.

Traffic officers chased a green Renault Megane that was towing the caravan.
It stopped in Woodlands Close, Little Eaton, and two men got out and tried to flee the scene.

Officers on foot managed to catch one of the men in Rigga Lane but the other got away.
He was arrested on suspicion of theft and will today be questioned by officers.
