​DERWENT missed the opportunity to take another three points in their push to avoid relegation from East Midlands One by drawing 0-0 with lowly Nuneaton.

The Wirksworth side were missing a number of key players but even those that remained turned in a below par performance, with Derwent indebted to keeper Jamie Carlin.

Steve Langrick had Derwent’s best chance when his shot was cleared off the line midway through the first half.
