Holbrook delighted with Cup success
A TRIP to League Two side Chesterfield is the reward for Holbrook Sports after their midweek success in the second round of the Derbyshire Senior Cup.
Sports beat Long Eaton United 1-0 in extra time and will visit the Proact Stadium on Tuesday, December 11.
Manager Paul Romney said: "We put in a great performance against opposition from a higher league and with better finishing, we should have sewn up the game a lot earlier."
Borrowash Victoria beat Shirebrook Town 2-0 while Mickleover Royals – the reserve side of Evo-Stik club Mickleover Sports – were 3-0 winners at Glapwell.
