A GROUNDBREAKING film made by a Derby housing organisation has won an industry award.

Derby Homes created the dramatisation after the Fiona Pilkington case.

Fiona Pilkington, of Leicestershire, killed herself and her disabled daughter after suffering years of anti-social behaviour.

The film shows why staff must look out for signs that people may be victims. It was named the winner of the National Federation of ALMOS Awards 2011 for best use of communication.
