Interfleet’s Rollin steps down
THE boss of an international rail consultancy in Derby has retired after almost 20 years at the company.
David Rollin has stepped down from his role as managing director of Pride Park-based Interfleet Technology.

Joining Interfleet in 1994, Mr Rollin led a successful management buy-out of the company two years later.
Under his stewardship the company has grown into a global business, with offices all over the world.

His retirement comes a year after Interfleet was sold to engineering and construction group SNC-Lavalin.
Richard George, who was recently director of transport at the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, takes over from Mr Rollin as managing director.
