Ken faces questions on his 'Spirit' film
KES director Ken Loach will be presenting a preview of his new documentary at Quad.
He has turned his eye to the birth of the welfare state in post-war Britain in his latest film, entitled Spirit Of 45.
The documentary is about how the spirit of unity which buoyed Britain during the war years carried through to create a vision of a fairer, united society.
Loach will introduce the preview screening that will be followed by a question and answer session at Quad on Friday at 6.30pm.
