Kirk Hallam house fire caused by living room logs
FIREFIGFHTERS were called out to a home in Kirk Hallam after smoke was seen billowing from an upstairs bedroom.
Two of the crew went into the building following the call at 1.55pm to assess the situation and found the fire had been caused by logs next to an open fire.

The fire was extinguished and the property was ventilated with crews leaving the scene at 2.35pm.
