RAIN is set to hit the county tonight until dawn tomorrow followed by gusty winds.

The Met Office has confirmed that this may include some heavy bursts.

There is a yellow weather warning out for windy weather across the East Midlands tomorrow.

The Environment Agency has issued flood warnings for Sawley Marina, Cavendish Bridge and Swarkestone, all along the River Trent.
