Learning to love everyone will bring peace to world
I FEEL compelled to write this letter as I think it makes much sense in our troubled world today.
I have recently acquired a book written by Eckhart Rolle called "A New Earth – Awakening To Your Life's Purpose". This stresses the need of not having too much ego through history. We have had constant wars brought about by bad dictators trying to rule the world, like Hitler and Stalin. This book says it is the meek who will inherit the earth. On the last page of the book it says, when faced with a radical crisis, when the old way of being in the world of interacting with each other and with the realm of nature does not work any more, an individual human or a species will either die, become extinct or rise above the limitations of their conditions through an evolutionary peak. This is the state of humanity now, and this is its challenge.
This book's main purpose is not to add new information or beliefs to your mind but to bring about a shift in consciousness – that is to say, to awaken. I think to have a loving and lasting peace in our world. We do not have all separate religions but all worship a good spirit and endeavour to love everyone. I endeavour to. It makes us feel good.
