Light training is planned for Derby County's Jake Buxton in comeback bid
JAKE Buxton has been pencilled in to do some light training with Derby County's first-team squad tomorrow.
The defender has been out of action since he suffered knee ligament damage in the home victory over Leeds United at the beginning of December.
He did some running and kicking work with the fitness coach yesterday.
"We've got Jake down to join in on Friday when we do a light session," said manager Nigel Clough.

"To aim for the under-21 game against Crewe a week on Monday might be about right but if need be we will get him on the bench before then. But I don't think he will be fit enough to start in that time."
Buxton had made 13 starts this season alongside Richard Keigh in the centre of the defence before he was injured.
