Logistics firm takes over 20,000 sq ft county warehouse
A LOGISTICS firm has taken over a warehouse at Hilton, securing the future of 19 jobs.
Kuehne and Nagel has taken the space at Hilton Business Park, which is owned by Birmingham-based St Modwen Properties.
The Swiss logistics company previously had a temporary lease on a 150,000 sq ft building and another 50,000 sq ft unit at the business park.
Now, the company has consolidated its position by taking a three-year lease on a 200,000 sq ft warehouse.

The deal is among a raft of high-profile leases secured by St Modwen at the business park.
These include Gunn JCB, one of the world's largest JCB construction equipment dealers, which has committed to a 50,000 sq ft unit on a three-year lease.
The deals mean that just two units of 50,000 sq ft and 6,000 sq ft now remain at the 79-acre park.
Other tenants include ATL, Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions and Willi Betz.
Jonathan Green, development surveyor at St Modwen, said: "To secure even more high-profile tenants at Hilton Business Park pays testament to its quality and location in addition to the flexible terms we offer."
