Man in 40s found dead by a friend at a house in Derby
THE body of a man in his 40s has been found at a house in Derby.
A friend of the man discovered the body at an address in Pear Tree Crescent.

Police said the cause of death is not yet known
Police were called to the scene at 7.30am yesterday after the alarm was raised
Detective Inspector Graham Prince, who is investigating the circumstances behind the incident, said: "The cause of death is not yet known but, at this stage, we do not believe there are any suspicious circumstances."
