Masked gang burst into occupied house in Pear Tree Street, Derby
A MASKED gang burst into a house and demanded money from the occupants.
The incident happened at 9pm on Wednesday in Pear Tree Street.

Cash was handed over to the men before a small scuffle took place. The trio left the house and were seen running in the direction of Holcombe Street.
The homeowners were not injured but detectives are appealing for information.

Two of the men were of average height and the third was much shorter.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious in the area. Anyone with information is asked to call Pear Tree CID on 101.
