NO matter how good the lighting is in your garage, the chances are that sooner or later you will need extra directional light to assist in completing a job.

Whether lining up bolts or positioning O-rings or changing oil coolers, it's probable that you'll be reaching for your inspection lamp.

The RIL2600 is Ring Automotive's latest and most compact inspection lamp. It's roughly the same size as a mobile phone and can be easily carried in a pocket as well as being clipped to a belt.

Ring Automotive has used modern electronic technology to ensure the lamp design is as compact as possible.

It is, however, a most powerful lamp with its 15 high intensity LEDs providing an exceptionally broad spread of light. And the battery takes just 1.5 hours to recharge for four hours of continuous operation.

A cleverly engineered ratchet hook/stand mechanism on the allows it to be placed in a multitude of positions. This allows you to work hands-free while lamp is located to illuminate areas where you need light the most.

The clip is also brightly coloured to ensure the lamp is not left on the vehicle when you have finished using it. Supplied with a mains adaptor, the lamp costs £32.99 and is available from motoring accessory shops. Visit www.ringautomotive.co.uk or telephone 0113 2137389 to find your nearest stockist.
