A CHARITY which sends disadvantaged children on holiday to Skegness is rebranding itself and launching a new logo.

The Derbyshire Children's Holiday Centre has also set up a supporter campaign, thanking donors who have helped the charity.

The centre, which was originally established in 1891, provides more than 450 Derbyshire children with holidays each year. The new logo by InsideOut Creative, of Derby, has four children of various ages represented by coloured silhouettes.

Charity trust chairman Bill Tomlinson said: "Although our former identity has been much loved and recognised throughout both Derby and Derbyshire, it was identified quite early on that we needed to communicate the happiness and excitement at the centre."

Leah Marley, InsideOut marketing director, said: "The new brand will help the charity commercially, engage with new donors and retain the support of their loyal donor base."
