Louie Soares put Nicky Law's men ahead after 29 minutes at the Lamb but Darren Byfield equalised for Tamworth with 65 minutes on the clock.

A 90th-minute penalty from Lewis McMahon earned Matlock Town a 2-2 draw away to Hednesford Town in the Evo-Stik League Premier Division.
Elliott Durrell gave Hednesford the lead from the spot in the 64th minute before McMahon levelled shortly afterwards.

Elsewhere in the EMCL, Tom Betteridge's 75th-minute strike was enough to give Borrowash Victoria a 1-0 victory over Bardon Hill but Graham Street Prims lost 3-2 at Holwell Sports.
