MILLWALL are optimistic that today's Championship match against Derby County will beat the weather.

The Lions have undersoil heating at The Den, which means the pitch should be playable, despite freezing conditions this week.

A club spokesman said they expected the game to go ahead, barring any heavy late snowfall, which is not forecast for London.
