As a new staging date looms ahead, smaller companies will be required to encourage the culture of 'saving while earning' and will be getting involved in group pensions for the first time. The host team consisting of Finance Director Chris Judson from the eFM Network, IFA Karen Sheldon and HR expert, John Jenkison will put a spotlight on the important issues surrounding Auto enrolment and will be available to answer any burning questions regarding the scheme, its effect on cashflow and how to make it self-financing; as well as find out what the HR implications are.
