Person cut free from car smash wreckage after crash in Sinfin
FIREFIGHTERS had to cut a person free after two cars collided in Sinfin.
The accident happened just after 7pm last night at the junction of Sinfin Lane and Balaclava Road.

A silver Peugeot and black Toyota Yaris were involved.
One person had to be cut free from the wreckage but police said there had been no serious injuries.

Fire crews from Derby and ambulance services were also called to the scene.
Witnesses said the accident cause long tailbacks as emergency services cleared the scene.
Earlier in the day, just after 5.10pm, crews from Kingsway were called to the A52 at Brailsford after a group of fir trees caught fire on a site adjacent to the road.
They put out the blaze by 5.30pm.
Before that, firefighters from Ascot Drive were called to Maple Drive, in Chaddesden, to put out a fire in a large recycle bin.
