POLICE are hunting two robbers who attacked a 31-year-old man in a Derby street.

Officers cordoned off the corner of Brighton Road, in Alvaston, after yesterday's attack. The victim was left with loose teeth and severe bruising to his face after being assaulted as he walked home at about 12.30am.

Two men approached him and demanded cash. But after he handed over money, they assaulted him before riding off on bikes. Witnesses or anyone with information should call police on 0345 123 3333.
