Police investigate damage to Osmaston Primary School
A DERBYSHIRE school has been the target of vandals for the sixth time in half a year.
The damage is believed to have taken place at Osmaston Primary School between Monday February 5 after 3.30pm and Tuesday February 6 at 6.00am.
The vandals managed to climb onto the push bike shelter located on the primary school playground, jump on top of it and kick the panels off the side and cause considerable damage.
PCSO Laura Hammond from the Osmaston and Sinfin Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “The school has had about six incidents of damage within the last six months.

“It really is appalling behaviour and we appeal for anyone with any information on who might be responsible to contact our team as soon as possible.
“The shelter cannot be fixed until half term so nobody can ride their bikes to school at the moment.
”If you witness any suspicious behaviour or individuals hanging around the school we would like to know about it.”
